Everybody who feels like Fellini, wants to be Fellini or would like to meet few young Fellinis should go to Kinoteka between 5-7 December. European Youth Cinema Festival - "EFeMKa" is one of the rare initiatives supporting and protecting young filmmakers from all over Europe from the uneven competition that they encounter from older more experiences colleagues in this field. What's important novice filmmakers are not evaluated on the basis of their technical skill but their creativity and potential. Of course films are filtered by professional jury, so only really good movies will be presented. Programme includes not only projections but also happenings, discussions with jury members etc.
